Luna Mama packages can be modified to suit your specific needs, as everyone’s postpartum journey is unique. As your Postpartum Doula, I will provide evidence-based information, education and support that will empower and build your confidence in the fourth trimester and beyond. Postpartum is forever, so let’s get you off to a flying start!

Packages range from a one-off planning day to several visits over a number of weeks.

Postpartum Planning
The postpartum planning session is ideally done before baby arrives. This is where we will build your roadmap and cover off the following:
Checking in on your pregnancy journey
Reviewing your birth plan and determining birth and afterbirth preferences for you and baby to share with your birth team
Brainstorming a self-care plan and what postpartum looks like to you
Building your village of support ~ you are not meant to do this alone!
Discovering what foods you LOVE and creating a meal plan that will nourish your body and soul
Understanding your feeding goals for baby
Setting sleep goals for you and baby
Boundary setting with family and friends
Navigating the arrival of a new bubba with older siblings, because getting a new mini in the family can be exciting, overwhelming, or annoying!
And anything else that we uncover in your planning session
After Baby Arrives
For each visit, YOU will be my main focus! I want you to feel seen, heard, held, celebrated and empowered. Why? BECAUSE YOU DESERVE IT, MAMA!!!
This is your time and your space. Each visit, I will suss out how you are feeling and what you want/need out of the day so that you feel that oxytocin buzz by the time I leave. Some of the things a visit can include are:
Birth debriefing to honour, unpack and celebrate your bubba’s arrival
Cooking nourishing meals and snacks to help you recover and give you the energy to love and snuggle your new bub
Supporting you to reach your postpartum goals around routine, feeding and sleep
Creating a non-judgmental environment for you to be supported (no unsolicited advice here!)
Light housework such as folding laundry, dishes, unpacking groceries and food preparation (ie. The stuff that someone else can do while you snuggle your new little angel)
Self-care (such as a foot soak, run a bath or you catchup on some zzzzz’s) while I care for bubba
Resource and referral gathering to build your village of specialised support (you don’t have time to google who the rockstars are out there!)
Picking up any medications, nappies, last minute groceries etc.
